o Maintaining the office calendar to coordinate work flow and
meetings
o Maintaining confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency
information
o Answering telephones and transferring to appropriate staff member
o Opening, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence,
including faxes and email
o Performing general clerical duties to include, but not limited to,
bookkeeping, copying, faxing, mailing and filing
