JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working on Tickets as per SLA basis to meet customer requirements.
Handle the tasks of managing data backup of servers through the checking backup logs and file
restoring process.
Perform regular maintenance of servers through installation of software upgrades, patches and
hardware upgrades.
Performing the Security Health check of Each Servers as per the Schedule.
As per the Business Requirement Upgrade the Servers and Software with Perfect Plan of action.
Depending on customer Requirement Creating the Group Policies and update in Domain Level.
Performing daily system monitoring, verifying the integrity and availability of all
hardware, server resources, systems and key processes, reviewing system and application logs.
Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk as well as managing compliance issues
like User login issues, performance issues, Password Change.
2. Installing and configuring Windows 2008,2012 R2 and maintaining server infrastructure.
Operate, monitor and maintain efficiency of the Servers within the Data centre Environment.
Coordinating with Vendors for any Hardware or Software issues.
Analyzing log and Event viewer files, Disk Usage, CPU and Memory Monitoring.
Having working experience in ticketing Tools(service now,summit,IBM(IS helpdesk)
Generating the Dashboard and reporting.
Taking backup of Servers using Tivoli Storage Manager (TSM) tool
