The document describes the Super Probe, a multi-functional electronics testing device. The Super Probe can perform 10 functions including logic probing, IR testing, voltage measurement, capacitance measurement, diode checking, frequency counting, PWM signal generation, general signal generation, logic pulsing, and square wave generation.
