learn.wisecells.com and enter your login details and you’re ready to go

BEGIN button, you are taken to
the project management
simulation screen containing the
simulation background
Click on any of the
buttons to familiarize
yourself with the
resources as well as the
simulation objectives
Keep an eye out for the timer.
It shows how much time is
remaining in the simulation

simulation, you would have to
set your target week for
project completion
Choose whether you would like your
team to work overtime. If required,
your team can do an overtime of 20
hours or 40 hours per week
Select the number of one to
one meetings or team
meetings for coming week

proceed

11. Manage Project – Submit Decisions

Once the WORK DELEGATION and
SCHEDULE AND TEAM decisions are
saved, you can proceed to this page to
confirm your decisions for the week
This button would get activated once all decisions in the
WORK DELEGATION and SCHEDULE AND TEAM sections
have been taken . Once it is activated, click this button to
confirm and proceed to the next week
In case some of your decisions
are pending, these statements
in red would appear indicating
that something is remaining

12. Monitor Project – Dashboard

Once you have submitted your
decisions for the week, you will
arrive at the Project DASHBOARD
which will give you an update on
the project progress

You can also get a detailed view
on the progress under the
ACTIVITY SUMMARY section in
the MONITOR PROJECT menu.
This will have activity wise
progress details which can help
you plan for the next week

14. Monitor Project – Cost Summary

To get a detailed view on the project,
you can go to the COST SUMMARY
section under the MANAGE PROJECT
menu . This section will have the
details of the individuals who have
worked on an activity as also the cost
incurred for each activity

15. Briefing Complete – All the Best!
Some more points before you begin with the simulation …
 The simulation is active for a limited time duration. Make sure you plan your
time well to complete the simulation in the given time duration.
 Do not try to add up the skills of two individuals in order to select the right
individuals for a job. Two Amateurs will not be able to do an Expert’s Role
 Insufficient skills for a task would create bugs. These bugs would have to be
resolved for the activity to be completed
 The Dashboard will assist you in the simulation. If you’re project is running
behind schedule, you might want to ask your team for working overtime.
