Its always challenging to deliver Fixed Bid - Fixed Outcome - Fixed Timeline projects successfully. Project Managers prefer more for Time & Material projects. But when I see Fixed Bid projects and if those are handled with amazing communication efforts - the execution becomes easy and successful.

who said what. Whether client has communicated
this as high level requirement or not.
Delivery team put GOAL to show presales estimation

were made during the initial estimates

of any other tool – MAGIC is the key to

– need to understand “WHO” all are stakeholders
for project success
We prefer to say “YES” and “Yes” without
understanding “WHY”, without documenting
“WHAT”
We don’t sign off with stakeholder on "How” and
“When” which create lot of conflicts and project
“CREEP”
