6. Forty female subjects were randomly selected and ages ranged
between 28 and 62.The following was a breakdown of the
sample:
Of the n-40 women who took part in this questionnaire, 28
subjects were white; 7 were African-American, 4 were Latino,
and 1 was Japanese.
• Subjects responded to a survey that summarized their
perceptions of conventional methods in diagnostics and
standard treatment for gynecological cancers.
• Responded to questions as to how they might feel if
Acupuncture was included as part of their treatment plan.
