1. Clash of Colours- September 27, 2019
• Clash of Colours is a fun event full of many different games and
challenges where each grade faces off and competes against each
other to earn points. At the end of the day, the grade with the most
points wins! Each grade will dress up in a different colour...
• Grade 7- Yellow
• Grade 8-Purple
• Grade 9-Orange
• Grade 10- Green
• Grade 11-Blue
• Grade 12- Red
2. There will be a brief
snowmobile team meeting
at the beginning of lunch
in the woodshop for all
those who signed up to be
a part of this year’s team.
3. Please bring in your forms and money if you are interested in
joining this club. See you Thursday at lunch in room 216 for
a safety meeting and then we can start cooking next week.
4. Congratulations to the Senior Boys
Volleyball Team. The boys
defeated the Elmvale Eagles in a
tense 5 game set. Way to go

5. A reminder to all music students that band begins tonight. We will start
at 2:45 in the music room. If you are unable to attend rehearsal, please
let Ms. Gowan know.
6. Monday September 30- Orange Shirt Day
• Orange Shirt Day is a day to recognize that “Every Child Matters”. It’s a
day to honor the experiences of former students of residential
schools. It’s part of a commitment to ongoing reconciliation in
Canada.
• Check out the posters around the school to learn more.
• Wear your orange shirt on Monday September 30th.
