10. How is STaR Chart Conducted? Teachers in Texas must complete the survey online and use the profile annually to gauge their progress in integrating technology into teaching and learning. Then campus and district summary data is collected and is reported to school boards, community groups, and technology planning committees . This helps to show stakeholders how it is aligned with state and local goals. Statewide summary data is reported to state and federal policymakers.
