1. Clinical Trail Study support
• Initiation phase: Support study manager to prepare Country File, Contract status tracking,
EC submission package, RA submission, Investigator Meeting organization, study budget
forecast, etc.
• Ongoing phase: Tracking study report, analyze data report, cross-function negotiation, study
payment management, study file management, study review meeting arrangement, etc.
• Close phase: Material retrieves management, file archive support, final payment support, study
drug destruction support, etc.
2. Central Roles
• Finance: Work together with Controlling to Management Study Budget, Monthly Budget Analysis,
escalate Finance issue to Finance BP, Head, Organize Finance Meeting regularly with Finance
Department, Support tracking department budget and do monthly analysis for LTs; Support Finance
Coordinator to set up Inv. Benchmark and coach CLM to plan study budget by system, checking
and reviewing department cost monthly; design CTA Finance work scope; tracking department
pending invoices twice monthly, etc.
• Contract: Tracking department contract status weekly; organize legal meeting bi-weekly; support
Contract coordinator to update Contract template; Organize SAE meeting monthly and record
Meeting minutes; etc.
• IMPACT: This system is for updating study milestones and vital to study metrics analysis. I support
to download Study Stand report monthly and Flexible Report irregularly depends on LTs’needs;
support CRA to update the system; run study metrics report, etc.
