2.  One of the most important tasks of the modern
school is to educate students physically,
mentally, socially and spiritually healthy.

3.  Today, nearly 90% of pre-school children, pupils
and students in Ukraine have got health problems.
In the last 5 years there was 41% increase in the
number of pupils, referred to as special health care
groups, 60% increase in the number of children
who use drugs, smoke and drink.

4.  Human health is an interesting and complex
phenomenon. It has always attracted and will
attract the attention of not only researchers,
but also every person.

The basis of a healthy lifestyle is the system of
behavior and habits of each individual.
Healthy lifestyle is a practical action to prevent
diseases, strengthen all systems of the body
and improve the overall well-being.

6.  The basis of a healthy lifestyle and well-being is based on
the following principles:
 Healthy food

7. oPhysical exercise

8. ohardening of the body opersonal hygiene

9.  All in all, lead a healthy lifestyle and always be
healthy.
