5. Q4:22-23 Gives Instructions To Men
• And do not marry the women who were wedded to your fathers (and
grand fathers), except what has already passed; that is indeed an act of
shame and great wrong; and an evil way.
– Q4:22; Amhad Khan
• Forbidden for you are your mothers, and your daughters, and your
sisters, and your father’s sisters, and your mother’s sisters, and your

wives’ mothers (mothers-in-law), and your wives’ daughters who are
under your protection – born of the women with whom you have
cohabited; and if you have not cohabited with them, then it is no sin for
you to marry their daughters; and (forbidden are) the wives of your own
sons (and foster-sons and grandsons) and the keeping of two sisters
together in marriage, except what has already passed; indeed Allah is Oft
Forgiving, Most Merciful.
– Q4:23; Amhad Khan
6. Current Notes:
• According to TP Muhammad’s Revelation

daughters

9. From The Translation
Of Tafsir Al-Qurtubi
القرآن تفسير Tafsir Al-Quran/
القرطبي تفسير Tafsir Al-Qurtubi
from page 58:
11. (Compare with the previously
provided Q54:24 translations;
The following line reads:)
He is the one who created human
beings, making him a lineage (by
blood relation) and a melting (or
marriage) place, and his God was
capable (aka All-Powerful) .
12. (The following line reads:)
There are two issues: the first (being the verse
Q54:24): (the 2nd being) The man who created the
human being and made him a human being. Making it
a man's lineage and melting.
13. (The following lines read:)
It is said: from the water reference to the origin of the
creation [pg.: 58] in that every neighborhood is a
creature of water. In this verse, the grace of the people
in, finding them after the lack, and alerting the spirits
in it.
14. (The following line reads:)
2 words: the proportions and the melting-up of
the lineage and the smelting (or marriage) are
two meaning in every kinship between humans.
Ibn Arabi said: Lineage is a mixture of water
between…
15. (The following line reads:)
male and female in Sharee’ah (Islamic Law), if in a
sin he was an absolute creation and was not an
investigator, so he did not come under: I forbid
your mothers and daughters
16. (The following line reads:)
(but if) his daughter (was created by means) of
adultery; Because she (or the Father’s biological
daughter) is not a girl to him in the correct way (of
Islamic Law) for the scientists and the most correct of
the religion (of Islam) and if he (her biological Father)
is not legally (her Father in the correct way)…
17. (The following line reads:)
(then) a daughter of a mother or a girl and not
deprived of halal/good don’t be deprived of
haram/bad because God is stronger in lineage and
being melted on his servants and raising their destiny
and he (the biological Father has been) suspended (of)
the judgments in the solution (or matter)…
18. (The following line reads:)
and inviolability for them does not
follow the falsehood and does not
equate them ( - the relationship
between the daughter created in the
incorrect way or adultery and her
biological Father who helped create
her are exempt from judgement).
19. To The Point:
In Tafsir Al-Qurtubi it quotes renowned judge and
scholar, Ibn Arabi, approving it is acceptable for a
biological Father to have sexual in nature contact
and/or relations with the daughter he created out of
wedlock due to her existence not being created under
the correct way of marriage of Islamic Law. This is no
doubt incest.
20. To The Point:
Today, many would consider incest as a damaging
tradition – scientifically (ex: weakened genes) and
psychologically (ex: mental health).
What early important figure under Islamic Law possibly
encouraged Ibn Arabi to make this uninhibited
judgement on family affairs?
