4. What about the Online Video Media industry ?
TV and Film Industries used to be the same.
YouTube has done a phenomenal job in aggregating audiences and definitely owns
the long tail model.
But, Netflix, Hulu & HBO Go are coming from
the opposite direction – Head End.

Let’s More deeply view media industry applied long tail pattern in terms of MEDIA consumption .
그러나 요즘에는 반대로 이러한 핵심자산이 오히려 매달 나타나는 대량고객을 컨트롤하는 것보다 의미적으로 좀 더 깨지기 쉬운 ( 빈틈이 많은 ) 비즈니스로 만들고 있다 . 이유는 알겠지만 다양한 고객세그먼트들이 요구하는 다양한 장르의 새로운 컨텐츠를 가지고 있지 않아 diversify 가 필요하다는 내용임 .
