To be a good communicator is to be a good listener and a good speaker, first of all. Good
communicators really listen to their interlocutors and take in what is said. They maintain eye
contact and control their body languages to show an interest in a subject of discussion. Also
they control interlocutors' body language to see a reaction to their words. Effective
communicators do not interrupt a speaker. If they need to ask or clarify something they wait
for a suitable opportunity.
Good communicators have an extensive vocabulary, but they do not confuse their listeners
with special terms and some abbreviations. If they need to use unfamiliar words, they explain
it by giving an easy example.
Good communicators do not ramble, but he may leave the main point to give more
information or some details.
And of course, effective communicators must engage their listeners.

If people communicate through spoken forms of communication, they can face such problems
as misunderstanding, misheard (especially when they speak by telephone) and narrow
vocabulary. Also, a personcan be shy or be afraid of public.
If people communicate through written forms of communication, they can confront with such
problems as unawareness of grammar and unawareness of form of formal letter. Besides there
are some problems connected with online-communication. For example, a loss of connection
or a loss of date. And sometimes a device can break down. Misunderstanding and narrow
vocabulary are problems that people can have with all the forms of communication.

Nowadays risk management is one of the main questions on the corporateagenda in any
company.
Corporations are operating in a turbulent world. They are seeking growth through
globalization, out-sourcing, consolidation, just-in time delivery and cross-bordersupply. This
thinks increase their exposure (подверженность)to risk.
The majority of all loss can be prevented or minimized. All companies have to have a disaster
recovery plan. However, many leading companies are not prepared to protecttheir main
revenue sources but have an opportunity for it. They have to assess the potential hazards and
make sure that business always planning. Also companies must be prepared for unforeseen
situations, business interruption. For example, a lot of companies incurred losses after 11 of
September. Companies, that couldn’t resume normal operations within five days of an
emergency, would go out of business. Generally speaking, firm will be successfulif they are
able to make a fast decision and adapt to changes in the world.
Researchers found that half of European companies didn’t how to manage and prognose risks.
And very often they are fight for survival, instead of focus on growth.
To sum it up, businesses that do attempt to manage risks will boosttheir bottom lines.

market?
An expanding beyond company's domestic market is a new stage of company's development.
And of course, it has some advantages.
First of all, the territory expands and the company opens subsidiaries and establishes chains.
As the result of it the company increases the amount of workplaces and hires new staff. New
customers are brought and the market is increased. It results in profit increase. And the last
stage is that the company increases the prices of the goods.

When companies go international they first of all must think if they are competitive or not.
International market is not for noncompetitive companies. So, the first problem is tough
competition.
The second problem is cultural and market peculiarities. Companies must pay attention to it.
It is better to do a market research before going internationally in order to learn market
peculiarities. Unawareness of local traditions, habits, religion can spoil companies'
reputations and close international market for these companies.
The third problem is necessity to learn customer profile.
And the last problem is a problem of local partners. Should companies find a local partners or
not?

Nowadays many companies try to expend beyond domestic market. And they use different
methods to go international.
First of all they have to know market peculiarities, cultural peculiarities of this country or this
region.
Also it is necessary to do a market research in order to know customer profile.
The other method can be a search of local partners. Company can build good business
relationship with them in order to be more competitive and promote products and services.

When some person is in business, it is important for him to build up good business relations
with his partners and his suppliers. But in spite of his efforts there are can be some problems,
that can spoil relations between his company and his partners. For example,
misunderstanding. When people misunderstand each other, they can't set a common aim of
their negotiations. If companies fail to set a negotiations or to set clear objectives, it also can
spoil relations between them. Too stormy or strained relations can be a reason of even broken
relations. And of course, if one company let down another company once or tried to
undermine its reputation, relations are likely to be spoiled without an opportunity to renew it.
But first of all, companies should share their interests and trust each other.

At the beginning of a relationship, it is important to have clear objectives, so both of partners
know what they're trying to achieve and deliver. And then it's a good idea to review
relationship from time to time, to see if it's still what they want. Also it is good to have as
much face-to-face contact as possible, so that partners build a real relationship. And they've
got to have an open and sharing relationship, that's vital for building up trust. Trust is the
foundation of any effective business relationship. So, partners must do what they say they
will do. And they must not promise more than they can do.

Some kinds of promotions and awards would motivate the staff to work harder. Forexample,
cash bonuses or rest travelling. My friend Helen works in a company which encourages its
workers with travel vouchers and cashbonus in the end of every year. Also, every worker can
get additional days to his vacation. Last year Helen got six days because of hard working.
Moreover, that company helps its workers to arrange children in children gardens or prestige
schools. Two years ago Helen got discount on driver license - the company helped her to
study.
As for me, I prefer cash bonuses. If you get money, you can buy everything you want and
need. My employer encourages me with cash bonuses. One month ago I got 10 000 rubles in
addition to salary. And next month I am getting twice more because of the end of my working
year.

Nowadays we see that people are changing values. The same happens with children. They are
surrounded by new information technologies, other interests. They see an advertisement of a
beautiful life where you must have money. And so they believe that money is an important
factor in their lives. Not material values such as the family unfortunately go by the wayside.
Therefore, they are willing to spend less time with their parents, so they can earn money and
more on personal expenses. Sometimes parents spoil children too much. Children became
less happy everyday joys, trifles and to enjoy each day, their goal is to get a beautiful life and
sometimes at the expense of somebodyelse.

Time has changed a lot. Male and female bossesare equal at work and in society but there are
contrasting opinions on whether a male boss orfemale boss can work better. According to
some people, female bossescan understand their workers better than male bosses because
they have good diplomatic communication, listening and organization skills on the one hand.
But on the other hand a female boss is going to have a much more difficult time objectively
evaluating your job performance without it first being filtered through what she thinks/feels
about you as a person, and what type of relationship you have cultivated with her.
Others feel that male bosses have leadership skills, high responsibility and sensible decision-
making skills. They are more practical; keep their personal matters away from professional
affairs; mind their own businesses, don’tmince words;keep their ego problem to themselves
and don’tbarge in small issues every single time.
As for me the gender does not matter. I believe that the only thing which matters is the sheer
understanding between me and my boss, and other facets like gender are of no relevance!

The work is very important part of our life. We spend the major part of our time at work. That
is why people take serious approachto this problem.
Looking for a job, everyone pays attention to different things, important for him. Somebody
wishes to earn a lot of money, somebodywants to have a better working environment.
Everyone has own priorities. Money plays the important role, but sometimes money, big
salary can not keep a person at work. Nowadays many companies offer different perks.
As for me, I would like to have any rewards for good work, for example an interesting tour or
journey with colleagues or family for some days.
Also it will be great to get additional days off and paid training vacations.
Another perk is a better working conditions. A comfortable working place where there are all
necessary things for a good work, pleasant environment.
Also I would like to have discount on products of my company and partner,s company.
Some companies offer a free total medical service in the best clinics. I think it is very useful
employees.
To sum it up, the more perks the company offers, the more people want to this company.

We believe benefits vacation, tours, holidays, bonuses, remuneration. In my opinion this can
be attributed, and sick days. Thanks to sick days an employee may always take the time to
treatment. It is also important that the employee did not lose money and hospital days were
paid. Also, if an employee is faced a complex case of disease that needs treatment from
specialists, and sometimes it requires a permanent presence in the hospital. Therefore, to be
absent from work due to illness and not lose the money and place of work an employee feels
safe. And this can be considered a privilege.

The five key steps to effective risk management are: Identify Hazards, Assess Hazards,
Develop controls & Make Decisions, Implement Controls, and Supervise & Evaluate.
Identifying and assessing hazards reduces the risk. Making right decisions will help you to
avoid risks. Smart entrepreneurs also implementing controls, supervising and evaluating.
Market surveillance will help you avoid and prevent the emergence of risks. Companies that
comply with all five main keys are successfulin the market. Market monitoring should be
carried out regularly. Timely identification of risks will help you reach the international level
to achieve great success in business

Paying more attention to risk management at first is justified to keep the business. Smart
businessman will necessarily pay the greatest attention of risk management. Companies burn
through at a time, but only vigilance and attention to monitoring the market help to stay
afloat.
A detailed study of risks also helps entrepreneurs to direct business in the right direction.
Propermaintenance helps businesses achieve great success at the home area and at the
entrance to the world market. Warning prospects,risks and further development also plays a
huge role in achieving the success.

E-commerce offers many competitive advantages such as improved productivity, reduced
costs, streamlined business processes, improved customer service and entry to the global
business arena.And online shopping is still growing, although credit card security and online
fraud remain the biggest concerns of online retailers, as it has adversely affected their bottom
line.
There are three potential risks that can face a company when setting up a e-business and also
customers:
1.Security risk-because of hackers and competitors, that can lead to loss of customer
confidence and sales revenue.
2.Payment risk.
3.Fulfilment risk-associated with physical goods refer to problems suchas defective goods,
products not matching the given description or delays in delivery or even non-delivery at all.
As we can see there can be dangerous side effects to this business model.
