History and culture

Jiaoshan was originally named Lushan. Legend has it that Song
Zhenzong was renamed Jiaoshan in honor of the Eastern Han Dynasty
priest Jiaoguang who was once inhabited in the mountains. The
landscape of Jiaoshan Mountain is natural and true. It is famous for
its ancient monuments. The temple buildings are hidden in the old

Beigu Mountain
