• The main finding here was that even people who don´t usually
buy digital products, would give it a try if the price was
cheaper. Around 80% of the people.
• However, 50% would still downloading from the internet.
They answered that only would buy products if they couldn´t
find it available for free.

7. Conclusions
• It seems that the main reason for not buying licensed
digital products/services is the price - too high for the
consumer's budget.
• The consumers strongly believed that buying digital
products/services is morally, because everyone's work
should be paid off.
• If the price is cheaper than usual or the consumer can
have a chance to fix the price by himself, he/she
positively will buy the product/service instead to use a
free one.
• Some people use free or open source alternatives
