2. Like we said earlier on, new things can be
challenging.
A person can discover his or her new talents
and this can make him or her gain
recognition and popularity.
Have you ever tried a new thing in your life?
If not I encourage you to do so.
It may be an opportunity for your great
achievements in life.
3. For example, you can be praised for scoring
higher marks in Moral Education by your
teacher and parents.
This can boost your self-esteem and make
you feel good.
4. This means accepting that you are unique
or special.
That there can never be another you.
It also means accepting that you have
strengths and weaknesses.
Self-acceptance means you accept that
there are certain things about you that you
cannot change and you live with.
5. This is appreciating what you have
achieved. You set yourself achievable
goals and make sure you achieve them.
After such an achievement you give
yourself a pat on the shoulder.
You celebrate your own achievements. It
is a way of saying ‘well done’ to oneself.
6. This is when you have a tendency of always looking at
the good things out of a situation.
You should always try to be a positive person.
This is a person who always wishes for the best to
happen in life.
Positive people are always hopeful. For example, if a
positive person fails a test, he or she does not become
discouraged.
Instead he or she decides to work even harder. Have you
ever felt like giving up on something that you feel like a
real failure! Positive people will not give in to comments
aimed at putting them down.
