This document provides an introduction to prefixes. It defines prefixes as word parts that come before the root word and gives examples of the prefixes "anti," "un," and "re." Anti means against, un means not or the opposite, and re means again or back. Examples given for anti are antisocial and antismoking. Examples for un are uncomfortable and unpack. Rewrite and return are used to illustrate the re prefix.
