KAI measures style of problem solving and creativity. Provides insights into how people solve problems and
interact whilst decision-making, identifying three sub-traits:
Sufficiency of Originality (SO), Efficiency in regard to detail (E) , Conformity to group norms and rules (R)
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator® (MBTI®) instrument
