ID Women's Empowerment Scholarship Program
From July 5thto 15that Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, Daytona Beach, Florida
International Doorway Women's Empowerment (ID WE) is the first international leadership training
camp created by International Doorway to unveil the talent and potential of young women from
around the world. This event is structured to stimulate cultural exchange, mentoring and networking
as the Program allows participants to take a step forward in their personal and professional growth.
The program is designed to help transform the vision that young women have of their role in society
thereby deepening their knowledge about female leadership and empowerment while living a life
changing experience at a US University campus.
International students who wish to further their education in the US can also obtain scholarships for
ESL courses, Undergraduate and Graduate degrees through the ID WE Scholarship Program. This
unique event will take place over 11 days from July 5th to 15th at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical
University (ERAU) Daytona Beach- Florida.
Through the contributions of special guest speakers and prestigious academic experts, participants
from Europe, Asia, Africa, Latin America and US residents will learn about the roles of women in
today's society. Topics will include female management, coaching for personal and professional
success, negotiation, and personal marketing. Additionally, ID WE provides recreational and social
activities including visits to Orlando's theme parks and Daytona Beach.
Participants will receive empowerment and intensive leadership training, academic preparation,
professional career enhancement, and become part of an international network as an ID WE alumni.

further their education in the US which constitutes yet another remarkable characteristic of ID WE
program.
The program includes a certificate of attendance, housing, meals, transportation, health insurance
and recreational activities. Our participants will be able to enjoy world renowned theme parks such
