CONCEPT:
Having held past TOTMs in the morning, followed by a successful night edition in 2017, this year’s
TOTM will be flagging off at the strike of noon with the theme TWO TO TANGO - emphasizing
teamwork within the the two participants in each team/car to work together for mutual success in
Torque on the Move, with yet more challenging and thrilling experience.
WHAT’S NEW FOR TOTM?
EVENT DETAILS
Date : 22 September 2018 (Saturday)
Time : 11 AM to 6PM
Programme : 11AM → Registration
12PM – 4PM → Flag-off & Challenges
4PM - 6PM → Return to End Point / Tea Break & Prize Presentation
Format : Approximately 4 Torque Junctions, 10 Bonus Challenges (TBC)
No of Pax : Approximately 120 participants (60 teams, 2 pax per team)
TOTM COMPONENTS
1. Pre-Event Challenges
Conducted on Facebook 1 week before main race to encourage
visits to sponsors’ retail outlets and/or to garner shares/ likes to
further expose sponsors’ brands to a wider audience.
2. Torque Junctions
Teams will acquire clues on event day to locate the junctions and
they can choose to go in any sequence within the stipulated time
frame. Teams will have to complete the appointed tasks at each
sponsor’s junction to gain points.
3. Bonus Challenges
Bonus challenges are designed as optional challenges on event day
for teams to locate and take on for additional points. They are to
snap a picture of the venue or item and to send these photos back
to Torque for scoring purposes.

EVENT DETAILS Date : 22 September 2018 (Saturday) Time : 11 AM to 6PM Programme : 11AM → Registration 12PM – 4PM → Flag-off & Challenges 4PM - 6PM → Return to End Point / Tea Break & Prize Presentation Format : Approximately 4 Torque Junctions, 10 Bonus Challenges (TBC) No of Pax : Approximately 120 participants (60 teams, 2 pax per team)
  • 8. TOTM COMPONENTS 1. Pre-Event Challenges Conducted on Facebook 1 week before main race to encourage visits to sponsors’ retail outlets and/or to garner shares/ likes to further expose sponsors’ brands to a wider audience. 2. Torque Junctions Teams will acquire clues on event day to locate the junctions and they can choose to go in any sequence within the stipulated time frame. Teams will have to complete the appointed tasks at each sponsor’s junction to gain points. 3. Bonus Challenges Bonus challenges are designed as optional challenges on event day for teams to locate and take on for additional points. They are to snap a picture of the venue or item and to send these photos back to Torque for scoring purposes.
