A young 18-year-old girl presented with severe bronchial asthma attacks. Her symptoms included breathlessness that was worse in cold weather, drafts, monsoon season, and getting wet. Her symptoms were better in dry climates and with warm drinks. She was prescribed arsenicum album based on her acute totality and symptoms. After her acute attack subsided, she was given constitutional treatment with calcarea fluorica to fully cure her asthma.
