PREJUDICE
PREJUDICE an unfair feeling of dislike for a person or group because of race, sex, religion, etc.
: A feeling of like or dislike for someone or something especially when it is not reasonable or logical, an
unreasoning opinion or like or dislike of something, a strong feeling for or against something, formed without
any real knowledge.
Examples of PREJUDICE
We tend to make these kinds of decisions according to our own prejudices.
Why it is barriers to critical thinking?
The barrier of Prejudice to critical thinking can harm, and even seriously injure critical thinking concepts. Let’s
call these threats land mines. In fact everyone comes from particular traditions and cultures that shape the ways
in which they view the world. Example our family and the social environment we grow up in affect the way our
think about and evaluate things and events to other people to every way bad thing
