2. MEMORY STICK
• We used a USB stick to transfer our work from home to school which meant
that we could do a lot of coursework at home and upload it at school or
show it to the rest of the team and ask for feedback.
• We also used the USB to save our work on as a backup in case there was a
problem with the internet or our laptops at home or school.
3. MOBILE PHONES
• We all used our mobile phones to communicate outside of school via text
and social media.
• We gave each other feedback on pieces of work, reminded each other of
the schedule that we followed.
4. SONY Z1 CAMERA
• The Sony Z1 is the camera that we used to film our 2 minute sequence.
• This camera was used also for the preliminary task and we were easily able
to adapt to its different features and film a successful opening sequence.
5. DV TAPE
• This tape was used alongside the camera to capture footage for the
preliminary task and the 2 minute opening sequence.
• It was used at every stage of filming and if needed to we could record over
any footage that was not useful for our project.
6. APPLE MACBOOK
• Apple Macbook’s played a crucial role in the process of our coursework.
• We used these as our main source to complete coursework in school.
7. MICROPHONE
• The external microphone was used during filming. This was connected to the
camera and it improved the quality of sound heard in the film.
• The microphone was plugged into the camera alongside a pair of
headphones. Hearing sound through the headphones confirmed that they
microphone was working and picking up the sound being made.
