2. Umbrella Concept
MyCubemeans different things to different people.
We want to engage everybody; professional users,
semi-professional users and the general public
consumers.
MyCube needs to appear applicable to everyone from
recording artists to high-flying business men. No matter
who you are or what you do, MyCube issomething to
that person and their lifestyle.
4. MyCube is ownership
(Professional)
MyCube is the
worlds first social
MyCube is profitable network with
(Semi-professional)
monetised content
MyCubeis discovery
(Public/consumers)
5. Advertising concepts
MyCube is giving me full MyCube is allowing me MyCube isletting me
ownership of to make make money in discover more about
mypublications my spare time baking and cookery
NB: ‘MyCube is’ can be followed by any statement which reflects the type of usage and benefits of
MyCube to an individual. These cardboard cubes represent how the ‘light-cube’ would feature in
the ads.
6. MyCubeis physical.
A digital ‘light-cube’ showing the interactive
aspects of MyCube would be held by people
from the three target audiences in the adverts.
The side-faces of the cube would show digital
examples of content such as video footage,
pictures, blogs and products.
This concept works well because it can include
anyone and everyone. Celebrities such as Jay Z
and Lady GaGa could even be featured holding
their content cubes with their accompanying
line about what MyCube is to them.
7. Marketing/Advertising idea – People from the general public would be
provided with physical ‘light-cubes’ and encouraged to place them on
top of each other to create an attractive instillation. These would be
staged in busy, public areas of cities worldwide, such as Trafalgar Square
in London. Not only does this represent MyCube’s notion of sharing
content and building communities, it would also be an eye-catching
stunt that would encourage and educate the public and press about
MyCube. Awareness and interaction would hopefully increase!
