Sonia provided leadership and project management services to the Humber
UTC in both its pre-opening and post-opening stage. This required her to be
the lead professional and to coordinate a significant number of people from
central government officials to multi-national employers. Impressively,
Sonia displayed great skill in working with these many different stakeholders
and with the parents and their children who wanted to attend the
school. In every circumstance people commented on how impressed they
were with her. I can pay no greater compliment than to state that Sonia, as
the project manager for the UTC, ensured that a new school was built on
time, withinbudget, was fully staffed and resourced with students recruited
and employers were fully engaged throughout.
Sonia is well qualified and extremely experienced in managing projects and
has the ability to remain a caring and compassionate person who will put
the needs of her clients first.
