‘Bachelor

Construction
Management

Deakin
University

2014.
I
also
successfully
graduated

an
‘Advanced
Diploma
in
Building
Design’
at
Northern
Melbourne
Institute

TAFE
(NMIT)
in
2011.
I
am
highly
motivated
to
work

the
construction
sector
and
to

a
key
part

improving

in
order

bring

many

the
provision

currently
employed
at
Woolworths
and
have
preformed
the
role
of
a
duty
manager
on
casual
occasions,
where
my
role
was
to
manage

team

a
team
of
up
to
30
employees.
I’ve
helped
to
solve
problems
such
as
customer
complaints
by
using
my
communication
and
negotiation
skills
to
try
and
obtain
the
best
outcome
for
both
Woolworths
and
the
customer.
I
also
provide
ongoing
training,
guidance
and
support
to
my
team
and
always
aim
to
lead
by
example.
Being
employed
part
time
throughout
my
tertiary
studies
and
through
participation
in
group
assignments,
I
was
able
to
acquire
a
value
for
the
effectiveness
and
importance
of
a
strong
team
orientated
environment
and
working
collaboratively
in
achieving
high
quality
solutions.
Employment
positions
have
also
demonstrated
the
importance
of
maintaining
a
positive
approach
with
partners,
superiors
and
cliental
through
consistent

and
community
involvement.

while
completing
my
university
course

I
