FUNCTION –IT @ SCHOOL
 The school conserves the valuable culture ,tradition,
values of the society and helps in promoting the culture
to the next generation.
 Developing higher values like truth , sympathy , love in
child.
 Through its different activation, it draws the hidden
potentialities of the child and develops them in a
proper way.
 School prepares child to face the problems of the
society-Proper adjustment and appreciation of learned
knowledge can be checked and guided by school.
 The child learns the duty and civic rights for the
country as a responsible citizen.
USES OF VICTERS CHANNEL
 India’s epoch making first broadband network on EDUSAT for
schools victers (Versatile ICT enabled Resource for students).
 Victers has 2 modes of operation-
- interactive mode
- non interactive mode
 The interactive mode is used for video conferencing and training
purposes.
 The main users in TVM are IT @ school , Directorate of teaching
education.
 The non interactive mode is the complete educational channel.
 This channel is telecasted for 17 hour (6AM to 11PM).
VARIOUS PROGRAMMES
 Examination oriented programme (SSLC and +2 level)
 Kadhaparayam Neeram (Story telling)
 Career after 12th
 It for ALL(Technology outlook programme for students
and public)
 Magic games (Tricks and play on magic)
 Vazhikaati ( Programme based on the state Institute of
Eduaction Technology)
 Several information(Produced by the teachers to gain
more information to the text bared topic)

  • 2. FUNCTION –IT @ SCHOOL  The school conserves the valuable culture ,tradition, values of the society and helps in promoting the culture to the next generation.  Developing higher values like truth , sympathy , love in child.  Through its different activation, it draws the hidden potentialities of the child and develops them in a proper way.  School prepares child to face the problems of the society-Proper adjustment and appreciation of learned knowledge can be checked and guided by school.  The child learns the duty and civic rights for the country as a responsible citizen.
  • 3. USES OF VICTERS CHANNEL  India’s epoch making first broadband network on EDUSAT for schools victers (Versatile ICT enabled Resource for students).  Victers has 2 modes of operation- - interactive mode - non interactive mode  The interactive mode is used for video conferencing and training purposes.  The main users in TVM are IT @ school , Directorate of teaching education.  The non interactive mode is the complete educational channel.  This channel is telecasted for 17 hour (6AM to 11PM).

VARIOUS PROGRAMMES  Examination oriented programme (SSLC and +2 level)  Kadhaparayam Neeram (Story telling)  Career after 12th  It for ALL(Technology outlook programme for students and public)  Magic games (Tricks and play on magic)  Vazhikaati ( Programme based on the state Institute of Eduaction Technology)  Several information(Produced by the teachers to gain more information to the text bared topic)
