population through reproduction. Humans
are not exception. Every couple aspires for
healthy offspring. Ancient Indian wisdom

embryo. Give Twakstha (skin). She is
surrounded by 16 powers –viz. Amrutha,
Akarshini, Indraani, Eesaani, Usha, Lusa

Ekapada, Iswarya, Onkaari, Oushadhi

6. Ambika, Akshara. She is pleased with
Paayasaanna (rice cooked in milk) then

viz. Daamari, Takkari, Anamini, taamasi,
Sthaanvi, Dakshayani, Dhaatri, Nadaam,
Paarvati, Ghatkaari. Mata is mamsanista
give muscle to embryo. Pleased by
Gudaanna. Pregnant must offer Guud,
rice, Cow ghee to mother & take daily for
health of the child in 3rd
month.

9. 4th
Month: In Swadhistaana chakra mata
as Daakini with Golden complexion,
shining with 4 faces bearing Soolam,
paasam, kapaalam on Abhaya mudra.
Surrounded by 5 sakthis bandini,
bhadrakaali, mahaamaaya, yasasvini,
raktalamboostika. She is medhonista give
medhas to the child. Pleased by
Dhadyaanna (curd rice) pregnant must
offer curd rice to mata take it daily for
health of the child in 4th
month.

10. 5th
Month: In Moolaadhaara chakra
mata as Saakinyamba with 5 faces
bearing Ankusam, kamalam, pustakam
on Gnana mudra. Amma Asthi samsthita
give strong bones to child. Surrounded by
4 sakthis varada, sreya, shada, saraswathi.
Pleased by Kattu pongali made of rice,
moong, pepper, jeera, cow ghee offer to
mata and taken by pregnant daily in 5th
month along with other nutritious food for
healthy child

11. 6th
Month: In Aagnaa chakra mata lives
as Haakini swaroopini shining with Sukhla
(white) varna having 6 faces surrounded
by 2 sakthis viz. Hamsavati, Kshamavati
Mata is Majja samstha. She gives mooluga
(soft area in bones) mother is pleased by
Haridraanna (Pulihoora) yellow rice
pregnant offer haridraanna to maata and
has to take daily in 6th
month along with
other nutritious food for healthy child.

12. 7th
Month: In Sahasraara chakra mata
lives as Lalitamba with 1000 petals lotus
flower as paatala, syama, rakta, peetaadi
all colours as Yaakinyamba. Mother is
sukla samsthita. Give life energy (Jeeva
sakthi) to child. She is pleased by offering
the foods suggested from 1st
month to 6th
month daily one like payasaanna, ghee
rice, gudaanna, dhadyaanna, kattu
