protective sealing, and high-frequency printed circuit materials.
Problem and Challenges:
 Using an Oracle ERP system, Rogers was faced with a situation where their
large ERP investment was not yielding the desired results due to sub-
optimal configurations and business processes.
 Over a 15-year period, Rogers had upgraded their ERP system multiple
