, 2014 Ms. Zhang took part in an educational conference that I sponsored. During the
conference she learned about investing, risk and asset allocation.
Shujia played an active part in this conference and asked several thought-provoking questions
throughout the two day experience. As part of their exercises, attendees of the conference were
divided in to groups to give a detailed presentation on the ideas they learned. Ms Zhang was an
active leader of her group and gave a great presentation. It was apparent that Ms Zhang added
tremendous value to her group and contributed greatly to the group’s success and showed a strong
desire to learn.
