The Washington State market was the first in Comcast to reach out through social media, years ago, to customers to let them know about severe storms that affect their service. I'm sharing this after action report prepared by a colleague because I'm passionate that social media is the best way to reach out to customers during significant weather incidents such as windstorms. I've been reaching out to customers like this longer than anyone else at Comcast, because it's the right thing to do. Yes, managing social media for a Comcast market involves dealing with a lot of angry people. And it's no wonder: Internet and video are addictive substances, and people take their Internet and video very seriously. Who can blame them? This particular project involved working 32 days straight - because we have one person in Washington who does social, me. But I didn't mind because the windstorms had done horrific damage and created a story that needed telling. This relentless stream of communication was the right thing to do for our customers.

To Whom It May Concern:
Please accept the following letter as reference for Neena Aggarwal.
I had the pleasure of working with Neena within the YWCA Domestic Violence Services Program, at one of
the residential shelters. Neena joined our team as an intern, and concluded her internship by accepting an offer
of employment.
From her first day if internship, Neena expressed an eagerness to learn, and never hesitated to assist with any
assignment. Shelter duties include a broad scope of work, including crisis counseling, knowledge of local area
resources, documentation, and household tasks associated with a residence for 7 families.
Neena received training about the effects of cyclical domestic violence in the home, trauma informed care, and
crisis call techniques. Neena assisted with projects to better assist the participants living in the home, and had
frequent interaction with program participants.
Neena shows great attention to detail, and completion of assigned duties. Neena works well within a team, as
well as independently. Neena is able to communicate clearly through written or verbal communication
protocols. Neena has consistently expressed a desire to learn, and a sincere interest in working to the best of
her ability. Neena has steadily exceeded expectations, and is a valued member of our team.
I would recommend Neena without hesitation, and feel that she will be successful in her future career goals.
If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.
Sincerely,
Gabrielle Alan
