YPN (Young Professionals Network) was created to engage and support younger real estate professionals. There are challenges replacing an aging real estate workforce, so YPN aims to groom future leaders. It provides tools and encourages involvement in associations, industry, peers, and community. YPN has over 8,700 members in 43 states and offers educational resources, networking opportunities, and community service projects to help members excel in their careers. Local YPN networks can be started by communicating opportunities to get involved through associations.
