Characteristics of Chinese Sport
• Chinese sport is different from western
  style in
  – Individual exercise
  – Practice daily
  – No competition
  – Combination of motions and silence
  – It will make people healthier and living longer
My new daily exercise—
          Yingyang Kungfung
• It has parts:
   – Stand up, do 1000 times “hand swinging”    motions
   – Then do 15 minutes meditation              silence

My problem
• I always don’t remember how many times
  I do the “hand swinging”
• I can’t be awake from my meditation at
  the right time.
TWO HOUSEHOLD ITEMS
       MAKES ME HAPPY
1     Chopsticks help me do the counting of swinging hand.

I put 10 chopsticks in a cup. It is easy to count 100 times. After I
finish 100 swings, I pull one stick out of the cup and put it on the
floor. When the cup is empty, I have done swinging 1000 times.

2    Kitchen timer remind me the end of 15 minutes, so I can
finish meditation on time
