TASTE OF GLORY
Baijiu is one of the growing and being recognized spirits in Korea. Many korean people are starting to get to
know about Baijiu and Food pairing culture. However, there was rare chance to pair Baijiu and Chinese food
together. People just who have visited China know it is nicely paired with food.
Yanghe Daqu is one of the China’s top-eight famous spirit and it is recognized widely in the Korea gourmet
market. Taste of glory by Yanghedaqu is pioneering event in baijiu market in Korea, and this will lead korean to
get to know about the value of Yanghedaqu, Haizhilan, Tianzhilan, and Mengzhilan.

4. Venue Info - Yuyuan
Yuyuan is located in the center of Seoul, Gwang-hwa-moon Fourseasons Hotel. It is selected as
Michelin 1 star restaurant in Korea, and it is only one Michelin Chinese restaurant in Hotel Industry.
5. How to invite?
Just after Taste of glory by Yanghe ticket has been opened, 24 people are applying to the event and
ticket was sold out in 36 hours. Ticket was selling through Yanghe Korea Facebook (Above), Tasty
Korea Facebook, Tasty Korea Blog, and Baijiu community in Korea.

19:30 ~ 19: 40 : My Life Time Friend, Yanghe Speech by Mr.Yoon Writer
19:40 ~ 21:30 : Yanghe & Yuyuan Dinner Paring Session
21:30 ~ 21:50 : Best Dresser Award / Lucky Draw
21:50 ~ 22:00 : Farewell gift
People who attend the event get 1 Yanghe cocktail per person. From opening speech about the
dinner, Yanghe Story, Special speech by book writer, Yanghe dinner pairing course, Best dresser
award, Lucky draw, Farewell gift, and so on.
8. Intro – Angela Kim
Angela Kim is the Main MC and Director of the Taste of Glory. She had worked for Newspaper
company as Food Journalist, and now she is Brand Marketer & Director in Food & Beverage Industry.
She gathered and managed the all the people who participated in the Taste of Glory Event.

Mr. Yoo Ho-Sung from Nanjing Trading Company talked about the history, product, value of the
Yanghe and the purpose of holding this event
10. My Life Time Friend, Yanghe Speech by Mr.Yoon Writer
He has found, experienced, and written about the premium life style and premium life item in the
newpaper and books. He already found the value of Yanghe Distillery before it is imported in Korea.
He spoke why Yanghedaqu is selected as the premium lifetime item, and how big Yanghe gives the
big value to him.
11. Yanghe X Yuyuan Food Pairing Dinner
Simon Wu Chef specially prepared the ‘Yange Pairing Special Dinner Cousre’.Yanghedaqu, Haizhilan,
Tianzhilan, and Mengzhilan 3 / 6 is paired with each menu of the course.
13. Best Dresser awards & Lucky Draw
She is selected as the best dresser for wearing Yanghe color dress, especially perfectly match with
Mengzhilan bottle color. Mr.Zhang Jian-Yi and Mr.Yoo Ho-Sung selected 3 people by business card
lucky draw, and those who chosen got the 『新生活名品』 book with signature of book writer.
