Evenesis is an online Event Management System (Software-as-a-Service) for individuals and companies to run and
organize events efficiently. This cost effective solution provide templates and standards to handle event operations and
activities using an easy-to-use Internet tool. It also allows users to plan events, send invitations via email and SMS, track
guests attendance and registration, design floor plan, arrange guest seating and send surveys to the participants or
guests after the event.
Evenesis is also available on the iOS and Android platform for free. Users of iPhone or iPad can download the app and
use it to register and manage event attendees and participants during the event. This would expedite the registration
process and reduce the use of paper.
