Eurocopter implemented e-invoicing to address issues with late supplier payments due to manual invoice processing. They developed an SAP module for purchase order and invoice matching and an e-invoicing solution for invoice receipt, matching, archiving, validation and payment. Over 200 suppliers from 15 countries are now integrated, receiving on-time payments. E-invoicing has provided dramatic time and cost savings for both Eurocopter and suppliers through automated processing of over 200,000 electronic invoices annually, representing 70% of invoices.
