3. CARNIVAL
We will celebrate carnival next week.
In my town is a fantastic festivity because we sing carnival song.
Everybody wears different costumes such as : super hero, witch, cowboy…
I love because I listen to song carnival.
In my school, we also celebrate carnival and

4. American pancake recipe
Ingredients
2 eggs L
50 g unsalted butter
250 ml milk
50 g white sugar
200 g wheat flo
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 or 2 teaspoons vanilla (in my case two or three or more haha that the vanilla does not lack)
A little butter for the pan
PREPARATION
1. Separate whites and yolks. Beat the yolks together with the sugar until they are fluffy and whitish and
add the vanilla. The egg whites are reserved for later.
2. Add the melted butter to microwave and then milk.
3. Mix the flour with the yeast in a bowl and add to the mixture by sieving well.
4. Beat the egg whites to the point of snow and when they are firm, incorporate them into the mixture with
soft and enveloping movements. If you want to add chocolate chips, nuts or whatever you want, this is the
time. At the end of the whole process.
5. Take a little butter and spoon it a little in the pan to grease it. When it is very hot, pour the dough into the
pan, letting it drop to be round. Pancakes do not take much time to make. In just a few minutes, back and
forth, you have them ready. Let it be done for a couple of minutes, turn it with the spatula and the same.
Time depends on the strength of the fire. It's a matter of catching the trick. They will be ready when you see
them golden, even a little more than they appear in the photograph.

Andalucia's day
On February 28th is celebrated andalusia´s day. It is a day in which people enjoy much and have a great time.
Andalusia has eight provinces: Cadiz, Seville, Huelva, Cordoba, Malaga, Almeria, Granada and Jaen.
You have many things and typical meals.
In each province has one thing in particular in Seville the Giralda; in Cordoba the Mosque;
in Granada the Alhambra and each one has something famous.
All the Andalusians are very happy to be able to live in this beautiful place.
In all the schools the Andalusian´s day is celebrated and we do a lot of drawings, writing, text about
our Community and we had a very good time.
There are many typical foods such as jamon, paella, Olive, lentils etc ...
In many towns and cities balconies are decorated and
the flag of Andalusia is hung in bars and houses .
In schools and high schools pupils and students sing
the Andalusia´s hymn and play it with instruments.
Today, in our school, we have a Andalusian breakfast.
Bread is eaten with olive oil, ham and white sugar (oil and sugar).
It is delicious!!!!
