inspection of Bio-digesters, Waste to Energy Generators and responsible for all solid
waste complaint handling county-wide. On-call HazMat First Responder. Serve as
primary emergency first responder representing Merced County Public
Health/Environmental Health and as 24/7 Technical Reference for emergency response
regarding hazardous and solid waste emergency response throughout Merced County for
the last 10+ years. Program Lead for Biosolids/Sludge Land application Program -40
