Pearl Boelter has over 30 years of experience in regulatory compliance and environmental health programs. She currently serves as the Administrative Manager for the County of Orange, where she oversees eight regulatory programs, grants, emergency response teams, and IT projects. She supervises technical staff to ensure program and budget goals are met. Prior to her current role, she worked for over 15 years in regulatory compliance roles with the County, gaining experience in hazardous waste inspection and enforcement. She holds a Master's degree in Public Administration and is a Registered Environmental Health Specialist.
