Jacob wrestles with a man until daybreak. Though the man tries to leave, Jacob refuses to let him go without receiving a blessing. The man changes Jacob's name to Israel, saying he has power with God. Jacob names the place Peniel, saying he has seen God face to face. His thigh is injured from the wrestling.

We all like to believe in an all-powerful sovereign God. However, when God does things on his own timetable, He can seem very unfair, to us. In the story of king Cyrus, God fulfilled his promise to rescue the Israelites from Babylonian captivity, but why did it take him 150 years? God didn’t change His plan. He told the prophet Isaiah this is exactly what would happen, 100 years before Cyrus was even born!

David, a man the Bible calls “a man after God’s own heart”, describes the majesty of God and then the effects it has on his life, in Psalm 8. The prophet Isaiah also paints a majestic picture in which he frames how the majesty of God can give us strength, perseverance and hope in the midst of our most difficult circumstances.

Rosh Hashanah means the head of the year” and thus the holiday is referred to as the Jewish New Year. However, in the Bible it is known as “the Feast of Trumpet.
In the new testament its significance is a remembrance of the Lords day when the trumpet of the Lord shall sound and the death in Christ shall rise first..
The Lord Jesus has commissioned each of us to be His witnesses with the power of the Holy Spirit. We are to witness with the way we live and with what we say. We are to demonstrate the power and love of the Lord!

Greetings my dearly beloved members of the eleventh-hour church, peace be unto each and every one of you, the families of Wave-sheaf Ministries greet you. I trust that the Lord’s bountiful blessings have been and still is, falling upon you in fathomless billows of love.
It has been quite some time since we last met in this virtual reality, I thank you for meeting with me again, I look forward to meeting all of you in person, hopefully soon, when we travel to your area for our series of meetings and discussions, our initial travels will be to those areas that we are invited to, so send your invitation early to be among the first to be visited.
I would like to invite you to a multi course sit-down spiritual dinner entitled Presentation No. 7, as the number seven suggests, this spiritual banquet is the final presentation in the numeric series of presentations, it is an earnest entreaty, a warning and a preparation call, direct from Throne of God to the Eleventh-Hour church, informing us that the Bridegroom is getting ready to come to inspect the wedding guests and when He comes, the five wise virgins of the 11th-hour Church will go into the marriage to meet Him; while the foolish virgins are casted out into outer darkness, where there shall be whaling and gnashing of teeth. Christ our Saviour cannot come for this all important work until every member of the 11th hour church is warned. By this Presentation He warns the 11th-hour church members of His coming to reap the first of the first fruits, the vanguard. This coming as foretold by Malachi, is a love trip, for God so loves His 11th hour church that he sends His only begotten Son to rid His church of the pernicious briers and thorns that have taken over His vineyard. He will then take the reins into His own hand and send the united vanguard to finally save their mother, His 9th-hour Church, the apple of His eye.
This Banquet has three main courses and it is not buffet style, you must sit down and part take of each course.

Jesus Christ is described as the ‘morning star’ in 2 Peter 1:19 (phosphoros) and in Revelation 2:28 (aster proinos), and He identifies Himself as ‘the bright morning star’ (ho aster ho lampros ho proninos) in Revelation 22:16” (413).
He goes on to point out that this “star” symbolism reflects the Old Testament and inter-testament emphasis on the “celestial” nature of the coming Messiah (cf. Num. 24:17; Mal. 4:2).
William Barclay suggested several ideas. He thought the expression could signify the coming resurrection of the righteous. Just as the “morning star” breaks forth from the darkness of night, so the Lord’s people will break out of the darkness of the grave (1957, 67).
Later, however, he came to a different conclusion. He was “quite certain” that the “correct interpretation” is this. The “morning star” is Christ himself.

In Jude 17-23 Jude shifts from piling up examples of false teachers from the Old Testament to a series of practical exhortations that flow from apostolic instruction. He preserves for us what may well have been part of the apostolic catechism for the first generation of Christ-followers. In these instructions Jude exhorts the believer to deal with 3 different groups of people: scoffers who are "devoid of the Spirit", believers who have come under the influence of scoffers and believers who are so entrenched in false teaching that they need rescue and pose some real spiritual risk for the rescuer. In all of this Jude emphasizes Jesus' call to rescue straying sheep, leaving the 99 safely behind and pursuing the 1.
1. Genesis 32:24-31
24 And Jacob was left alone; and there
wrestled a man with him until the
breaking of the day.
25 And when he saw that he prevailed
not against him, he touched the hollow
of his thigh; and the hollow of Jacob's
thigh was out of joint, as he wrestled
with him.
26 And he said, Let me go, for the day
breaketh. And he said, I will not let
thee go, except thou bless me.
2. 27 And he said unto him, What is thy
name? And he said, Jacob.
28 And he said, Thy name shall be
called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as
a prince hast thou power with God and
with men, and hast prevailed.
29 And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell
me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said,
Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after
my name? And he blessed him there.
3. 30 And Jacob called the name of the

1 Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory

2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth,

7. Isaiah 40:28-31
28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not

there is no searching of his

29 He giveth power to the faint; and to
them that have no might he increaseth

8. 30 Even the youths shall faint and be

shall run, and not be weary; and they
shall walk, and not faint.
9. Deuteronomy 31:6
Be strong and of a good courage,
