A short talk given in London in January 2016 highlighting some of the key health and healthcare related insights from the Future Agenda workshops. Mixing views from around the world it looks at public health issues, the increasing role of digital, changes to the healthcare system, the ageing challenge, financing health and where global answers may emerge from.
Effective Sales Lead Generation (Forte Consultancy Group)Berkin Ozmen
The document discusses strategies for boosting sales through lead generation. It identifies five key external sources: existing customers, independent agents, channel partners, business partners, and lists. It provides examples of partner programs and emphasizes creating win-win scenarios to motivate referrals. Effective reward mechanisms, warm referral programs, and partnerships with complementary companies that serve priority segments are presented as ways to rapidly expand the accessible customer base.
Shell Technology Futures 2004 - This is the summary of two sets of weeklong discussions that took place in Amsterdam and Houston, each of which included around 20 experts from across multiple disciplines all looking out 20 years at how technology may, or may not influence society. This was the first run of the Technology Futures programme and was followed in 2007 by similar discussions in Bangalore and London.
This first 2004 programme took a very wide view and covered everything from mesh networks, natural language processing and nano-technology to adaptive systems, automated sensing, tissue scaffolding and 3D printing.
Being alone allows one to enjoy their own company and be one with nature. Solitude provides an opportunity for self-reflection without distractions. Finding peace in isolation can help reduce stress and reconnect with the present moment.

Slides from my presentation at Nordic Academy of Management conference, NFF, 2011 in Stockholm, Sweden. The paper can be seen here: http://www.ida.liu.se/~johbl/PrototypingServiceLogicFinal.pdf
Very early thoughts about how and what type of learning occurs during the creation, use and evaluation of prototypes. Presented at LiU design talks at LiU University September 26th 2012.
A new white paper from Forte Consultancy Group company Forte Wares, about a new and wholly unique approach to business reporting – “Pro-active Reporting" – enabled by the Wares solution, CIWare.
By 2025, everything that can benefit from an internet connection likely will have one. There will be over 50 billion SIM cards in use, connecting over 50 devices per capita globally on average. Most of the 50 billion connected devices will be machines and sensors, generating unprecedented amounts of data. While this connectivity enables many opportunities, it also risks security and privacy issues if all connected devices are not sufficiently protected.

Second lesson of the fall period. Teaching the first tricks of creative marketing, inspired by Philip Kotler's book and today's trends.
This presentation focusses on needs&wants and the target audience.
