Over 20,000 individuals from 1,190 companies have completed a workshop effectiveness questionnaire for WorkingSm@rt over the past eight years, with 3,385 individuals from 190 new companies completing it in the last year alone. On average, respondents reported gaining 59 additional minutes per day as a result of the program. The areas that saw the largest reported improvements included managing email and technology tools (57% increase), tracking communications (51% increase), and managing information (49% increase).
