ABSTRACT: A prima vista, un mattoncino Lego e la backdoor XZ potrebbero avere in comune il fatto di essere entrambi blocchi di costruzione, o dipendenze di progetti creativi e software. La realtà è che un mattoncino Lego e il caso della backdoor XZ hanno molto di più di tutto ciò in comune.
Partecipate alla presentazione per immergervi in una storia di interoperabilità, standard e formati aperti, per poi discutere del ruolo importante che i contributori hanno in una comunità open source sostenibile.
BIO: Sostenitrice del software libero e dei formati standard e aperti. È stata un membro attivo dei progetti Fedora e openSUSE e ha co-fondato l'Associazione LibreItalia dove è stata coinvolta in diversi eventi, migrazioni e formazione relativi a LibreOffice. In precedenza ha lavorato a migrazioni e corsi di formazione su LibreOffice per diverse amministrazioni pubbliche e privati. Da gennaio 2020 lavora in SUSE come Software Release Engineer per Uyuni e SUSE Manager e quando non segue la sua passione per i computer e per Geeko coltiva la sua curiosità per l'astronomia (da cui deriva il suo nickname deneb_alpha).
Artificial Intelligence for XMLDevelopment

- 1. L E S S O N 3 WORKING WITH LAYERS
- 2. WHAT IS LAYERS? •Layers are like sheets of stacked acetate that you can see through the transparent areas in the window
- 3. LAYER MENU •Contains various commands that you can apply to create, delete, modify, arrange and edit your layers
- 5. LAYER PANEL •Contains the layers name which allow you to modify each layer
- 9. LAYER PANEL • Adding layers • Duplicating layers • Creating a layer name • Deleting layers • Rearranging layers
- 10. RESIZING THE IMAGE •Layers are important for creating a new look in images or creating a background. •Layers can be adjusted individually or by group depending on your project
- 12. OPACITY •Opposite of transparency •Decreasing the opacity will increase it transparency •Adjusting the opacity will allow the images below the layers to be seen
- 14. MERGING AND FLATTENING LAYERS •Combine images of two or more separate layers •Flattening layers combine all layers in the images in one layer
- 16. ADJUSTMENT LAYERS •Color and tonal adjustments that you can make to a layer instead of doing it to the image layer •It will not affect the pixel of the original image
- 19. LAYER MASK •Hides an area in a layer to show the layer beneath it •You can paint the layer mask black to hide the layer beneath it
- 20. LINKING LAYERS •This command is useful when you want to keep a combination of layers aligned to each other without merging or flattening your layers •Keeping your layers unmerge will still give you the capability to edit each one individually
- 21. WORKING WITH SMART OBJECT •A layer that can be modified without destroying its original characteristics
