Part 1 of the program teaches mindfulness and being present through interaction with horses. The horses can help access intelligence of the heart and body to reduce stress. Part 2 focuses on listening to your inner voice to stand in your true power. When aligned physically, emotionally and spiritually, the horses will connect more deeply and provide feedback. Part 3 explores healthy boundaries by honoring your needs in a balanced way while managing demands of others.
