Women and Cars focuses on increasing dealership profitability through online marketing and lead management. They specialize in managing leads, particularly for Ford and Mazda, and have found that closing ratios are four times higher for female customers than male customers. Their marketing focuses on ensuring women are assisted by other women both in calls and at dealerships. They are signing up reputable dealerships and will only allow selected dealers to advertise. Female finance managers and sales consultants will receive leads through their platform.

2. BACKGROUND
Women and Cars is part of the Cars2buy dealer solution company.
Registered in 2008, we mainly focus on dealer solutions and increasing profitability of
dealerships through the Internet and Online Marketing management and
measurement.
We specialise in Lead management and have a national contract with Ford and
Mazda SA, whereby we do their Quality Approved Website and Lead management.
Our background also includes 10 years experience at McCarthy Call a Car as well as a
lot of research on the gender buying patterns of online vehicle enquiries.
Our findings were that the closing ratio on female vehicle enquiries ’s closing ratio is 4
times higher than with men.

3. MARKETING FOCUS
It is our marketing focus to ensure that through W&C women will get assisted with
women in the call centre and at dealerships.
We are currently in the process of signing up dealerships that is reputable high CSI
percentage dealerships. Only selected dealers will be allowed to advertise.
Female F&I’s and female sales consultants/ managers will be allowed to receive leads
from the Women and Cars lead management platform.
Our call centre will set up the meeting for the female customer with your sales
consultant.
Confirmation email to the customer with time and map of your dealership including the
sales consultants name whom she will meet at your dealership.
