The supplier is sent a unique username and password via email
to begin the registration process. The registration process is
quick and easy. Once the required information is uploaded, the
user can receive approval within 24 hours.

The PayMe Platform is entirely cloud-based,
hosted in Microsoft’s Azure Cloud.
• All provider data is segregated with each provider having its own separate
data store.
• All personally identifiable information and all bank details are stored as
encrypted data in the database.
• The portal is highly customizable and can be adapted to suit the needs of
the e-invoicing provider.
• Full white labeling is offered for all customer communications
(email, portal, etc.)
• Suppliers will have a dedicated, multi-lingual portal which will enable them
to view their invoices and request funding.

Integration with the platform can happen a
number of different ways: SOAP / XML, REST /
JSON, Excel, or flat file import.
Upon commencement of an integration project the following will occur:
• Aztec will hold a meeting between both IT departments to determine the
current invoice process flow and proposed method for integration.
• Aztec will produce an Integration Overview document that will contain the
invoice process flow and the details of the API methods that will be required
to fulfill the flow.
• Aztec will create a test environment for the provider to test initial integration.
• All open assumptions and action items will be tracked in the document.
• Weekly meetings will be held to track integration progress and deal with any
impediments or issues that arise.
