new PayMe™ program, you now have an early payment option that is easy-to-use,
affordable, and does not require a credit check or a contract.

Is The Early Payment Solution
The PayMe™ solution facilitates the online
purchase of your electronic invoices directly from
the platform. PayMe™ is available for selected
eligible debtors determined by the PayMe™ team.
The solution advances up-to 90% of the invoice
face value upfront with the remaining balance
transferred after final invoice payment.
It is your money, paid early.
It is free to register and there is no contract.
Once registered you will be able to start receiving
low cost up-front payment on your eligible
invoices straightaway.

The Registration Process
1. Invitation to Register
The registration process is quick and easy
to complete. You will be provided with a
unique user name and link from the
PayMe™ team that will allow you to start
the registration process.
All you need to do is click on the link and
create a password.

2. One-time Registration
You will be invited to confirm your company information is
correct and asked to provide some mandatory KYC documents.
Once required information is successfully uploaded, you should
receive an approval within 24 hours.

You will receive an automated email confirming that your
registration has been completed and you are now part of the
PayMe™ program.

Online Access
Once your registration has been approved, you can log
on to the PayMe™ platform.
The dashboard clearly showcases what you can view:
Invoices ready for payment
Invoices in progress

Online Access
On the PayMe™ page, you can view Invoices that
have been pre-approved for funding. Those
invoices will have the PayMe button beside them;
simply select the invoices you want paid early by
clicking the PayMe™ button.

The Funding Process
Summary
You will be provided with a summary of the
transaction which will detail the advance amount
received (up to 90% upfront with the remaining
balance transferred after final invoice payment)
and the cost of the transaction. After review and
approval, simply click Submit and await receipt of
your funds.
Payment should be received into your designated
bank account within 3 business days.

The Funding Process
Assignment Notice
Once the invoice has been purchased your debtor will
be notified via an assignment notice that the invoice
has been sold to a third party funder.
The assignment notice will inform your debtor of the
new bank account details they will need to pay into
once the invoice becomes due for settlement.
The PayMe™ team can provide you with these bank
account details in advance.

The Funding Process
Sell All Future Invoices
You have the option to sell all future invoices against
that debtor meaning that you will only have to get
your debtor to change bank account details once to
reduce administration.
On receipt of payment by debtor the PayMe™ team
will return the remaining balance owed to you to
complete the transaction.

How Much Does It Cost?
Fees Explained
PayMe™ has two simple charges, first a small
processing fee covering administration and transfer
cost for each transaction; second an invoice discount
rate applied to the total number of remaining days
outstanding before the invoice is due to be paid.
Because we have a no hidden fee policy, you’ll know
exactly how much you’ll be charged before you
submit your invoice.
