This document compares and analyzes the citation management tools WizFolio and RefWorks. It finds that WizFolio allows for easy searching of PubMed and Web of Science databases and one-click importing of citations. However, WizFolio is still a work in progress and is not compatible with some library catalogs. While RefWorks is a more established tool, both programs occasionally have errors in reference styles. Overall, WizFolio works well for accessing publications from supported databases and editing citations but has integration limitations.
