We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

5. Preferred brand and commonly used coupons are
clipped. These are held to put in my binder.
6. The packet is assembled with the stapled pages
and left together whole.
7. The packets are put into my file box. There is one
hanging folder for each week.
8. My binder is used for…
*Preferred Brands
*Clipped Coupons Not Used
*Coupons from Magazines
*All Other Loose Coupons
*Store Specific Coupons
*Catalina’s Received
9. I used a Case It Z-Binder that has 2 sections. One
section is for food and the other for non-food.
11. My non-food section categories are…
*Air Freshners/Candles
*Beauty
*Cleaning Supplies
*Cold, Allergy, Oral Meds
*Dishwashing & Laundry
*Feminine Hygine
*First Aid
*Hair Care
*Lotion
*Misc.
*Non-Oral Meds
*Oral Care
*Paper Products
*Reynolds, Ziplocs, Trash Bags, etc.
*Shaving & Deodorant
*Soap & Body Wash
*Vitamins
12. In the front of my binder I have a large sectioned
sheet for store specific coupons and store dollars.
13. One thing I do in my binder is to use a piece of
colored paper in each section. This keeps coupons
from the next page from showing through.
14. When it is necessary to fold coupons to fit in the
section, if the expiration date isn’t showing I write
in it pencil. This makes for faster binder clean out.
15. Thank you for watching my slide show on how I
organize and keep my coupons. If you look in the
body of this post I have some links to show you
the type of materials I use.
Happy couponing!!
