1. A world without personal law
Every religion follows their own personal laws in the family matters
pertaining to marriage, adoption, and succession. The different religions
like Hindu, Muslim, Christian are governed by their own personal law.
Hindu law is applicable to the personal and family matters of Hindus
such as marriage, divorce, maintenance, guardianship, adoption right of
a member of joint family Differentiation of family property, partition of
joint family property. The Quran is the principle source of Muslim law.
Muslim personal law is founded on the divine revelation embodied in
the Quran. Muslim personal law deals with matter such as marriage,
dower, divorce, maintenance, guardianship, inheritance, will, gift etc.
Christian law as a branch of personal law is primarily applicable to the
Christian community. Its deals with matter marriage, divorce,
succession, adoption etc.
Personal law is the area of the law that deals one of the personal aspects
of society the family. Personal law that are commonly found around the
world. Under personal law system of enforce different laws for each of
the state different religious. It is the legal right for all human beings.
where by which person nationality determines which laws will be
applied to them is commonly referred to today as a personal law system.
Personal law system is legal system in which legal norms bind different
people differently sorting people into various legal regimes depending
on what types of person.
2. Now, if I need to see a world without personal laws, I can only see
destroy of the world. As a human being we live in a society and we
follow our own personal laws. It drives us to live our life properly. If
there is no personal law, people can’t live together. There will be only
wrongs. And wrongs never brought good things. So, for maintaining
discipline we need and every other person need their own personal laws.
So that we can live in a better world.
